• Develop unique content for our websites blogs, social media and articles

• Write, edit and proof read copy once written based on the material supplied and researched.

• Write interesting, engaging marketing copy for Web pages based on target audience of page

• Ability to convey proper writing tone and style

• Ability to write appropriate content based on products and industry

• Extreme attention to detail

• Familiarity with search engine optimization writing techniques

• An understanding of keywords and meta tags – Ability to write web page titles, meta tag descriptions, alt tags for images etc.

Qualifications

• A degree required (English, History, Political Science, Communications, Journalism, International Relations/Communications preferred).

• At least 2 years experience writing in a fast-paced environment, under deadline.

• Proven research, writing and editing skills (writing sample required).

• Strong grasp of elements that it takes to be successful online (i.e., SEO, online relationship building, writing for the web).

• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Yahoo Video, etc.)

• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (in particular Word and Excel).

• Proven ability to be a strong team player

• Quick learner that can multitask and perform multiple projects under tight deadlines

• Strong command of English language is a must
