Operations Manager (Revenue Cycle Management Services) - MicroSourcing Philippines Inc.

The RCMS Operations Manager will provide departmental support to the RCMS Data Entry, Patient Financial Services & Account Receivable Department. With a focus on the development of specific functional areas of the Revenue Cycle, the RCMS Operations Manager demonstrates working knowledge of industry standard best practices, Client Operations and Federal and State Regulatory Requirements.—————————————————————————————————————————


The RCMS Operations Manger collaborates with the Client’s Exception Management Services (EMS) to ensure a unified approach to the delivery of service, and models the organization’s mission to improve physicians’ profitability and business processes through best-of-breed technology, service and information.


(1.) Performs ongoing evaluation of Data Entry procedures and workflows, to identify opportunities for improvement.

(2.) Provides oversight to RCMS Data Entry Representatives and contributes to the development, enhancement and ongoing education of all Data Entry Team Members.

(3.) Collaborates with the Training Team to identify additional training and education opportunities.

(4.) Facilitates effective communication with all members of the RCS, relative to new client implementations, organizational, process and information system issues.

(5.) Performs random audits of documentation in RCS Information Systems (IS), to ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements.

(6.) Reviews Performance Metrics with the RCMS Data Entry Team on a routine basis, to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure pre-established goals and objectives are met.

(7.) Contributes to development and review of client’s RCS Policies and Procedures.


—-MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:—-

1. Assists with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage and is responsible/ accountable for all aspects of day-to-day operations across all Lines of Business.

2. Assists with Performance Evaluations, provides counseling and initiates corrective action for deficiencies in performance, as necessary, in accordance with client’s RCS Human Resource Policies and Procedures.

===Requirements===


+Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare related field is preferred; or Bachelor’s Degree in Business with five (5) years’ experience in healthcare, preferably Practice or Revenue Cycle Management;

+With previous experience of managing healthcare insurance related accounts

+A proven history of developing and managing a team within a program of a similar nature.

+Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years management experience in Practice Management, Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management.

+Experience developing client/vendor relationships.

+Experience with various Practice Management and Electronic Medical Record information systems.

+Experience and/or demonstrated competency in the following areas:

Workflow Management, Practice Management and/or Medical Billing Information Systems;

Federal and State Regulatory Requirements;

Medicare, Medicaid and Third Party Reimbursement Requirements; and CPT and ICD-9 Codes.

+Thorough knowledge of call center metrics, production, average handling time, quality, contact/dial rate, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, etc.

Experience with Service Level Agreements and/or Client metrics/KPIs.

+Experience with contract/salary reviews, budgeting and statistical analysis.

+Experience with account management and client coordination.

+Experience with written and verbal reporting to management and clients.

+The ability to motivate staff and ensure high morale.

+Excellent people management skills, has a pleasing personality and has demonstrated the ability to motivate individuals to exceed performance initiatives.

+Managed or supervised an operation of no less than 50 agents and 2 team leaders/managers or supervisors.

+Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

+Has the knowledge and ability to manage all HR aspects of call center operations.

+Willing to work at the Two E-Com Centre, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————–
